“Magical” chants win Austrian monks recording contract. Berlin, Mar 24, 2008 / 10:01 pm (CNA).- After “blowing away” music executives with their performance of Gregorian plainchant, a group of Austrian monks has been given a record deal with Universal Music, the Independent reports.
Independent Newspaper: Universal had been persuaded that there was a market for albums of Gregorian chant by the success of the video game Halo. The game, which has sold over 16 million copies, uses in its soundtrack a plainchant sung by male choirs without musical accompaniment. I think this news is further evidence that younger generations have a hunger for post-modern ancient worship. Bp Tomás

Bray Christians Pray Together
Thanks to Pastor Nigel Reid of Mountain View Church, I was able to participate in the Way of the Cross gathering in Bray on Good Friday morning. It was a wonderful opportunity to experience Christian unity around the cross. The Lord is doing great things in Bray. He commands a blessing when we live in unity.

to think that all followers of God are good apologists is scary. so many boldly attempt and fail miserably.
bless them for having a desire to discuss certain aspects of their faith, the problem is that like many telly evangelists, they have the lost laughing!
proper has to be conducted before attempting to challenge the beliefs of many in this post-modern world!
yet, however, there is so much quality information available.

don’t attempt to take on people who have so much more experience or knowledge that us.
the Holy Spirit will hardly lead us into a situation where we allow ourselves such ridicule / unnecessary abuse. this can do more harm than good at times for a person seeking the Truth.
